Location: Warehouse based in Los Angeles (off the 110 and Slauson), but jobs are off-site all over Southern California

Job Description: Polar Bear Lighting, Inc., is excited for a very big holiday season! But we need more help. We have multiple big and small jobs coming our way, with our first installs starting in early October. You don’t have to be an expert to work with us as we offer training. This is a family-like group of people who you will be working with. We take good care of everybody on the job and want to make sure everyone feels safe and supported along this journey.

We are looking for hardworking individuals who are punctual and able to follow instructions with a crew of 3+. The assignments are all physically demanding and applicants must be 18+ years of age. Bilingual in Spanish +++.

Requirements:

  • Be able to work outdoors for long periods of time, 5 days a week (with overtime offered frequently)
  • Lift and move product up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to safely climb ladders upward 40-feet
  • Comfortable on rooftops and heights ranging 25-100-feet
  • Able to operate power tools
  • Communicate with team and team leader to identify potential problems and solutions
  • Flexible schedule as you might be working nights and weekends

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in working with holiday lighting and decorations
  • Basic construction (or handyman) experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Brand & Commerce Coordinator (Part-Time) 

Position: Christmas Lighting & Holiday Decoration — Brand & Commerce Coordinator
Location: Warehouse based in Los Angeles (off the 110 and Slauson)

Beyond our core installation business, we’ve grown into a creative brand with a small-batch candle line, a company-produced apparel and embroidery operation, and an upcoming Polar Bear Bloom Bar — a holiday floral experience designed for corporate events. We’re building something bigger, and we need the right person to help grow it.

Job Description: We’re looking for a part-time Brand and Commerce Coordinator to take ownership of our product lines, online store, and social media presence. You’ll be the engine behind our consumer-facing side — keeping our ecommerce running smoothly, our channels active, and our products moving. Three days a week you’ll be on-site at our LA warehouse; the rest of the time you’ll work remotely.

This is a role for someone resourceful, self-directed, and genuinely excited about building a brand from the inside. You’ll have a lot of creative freedom — and direct access to the founder.

What you’ll own

  • Post to our social media channels every day — including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok — with content that reflects the Polar Bear voice
  • Create short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) showcasing our candles, apparel, and Bloom Bar offerings
  • Manage our ecommerce store — product listings, inventory updates, order coordination, and customer communication
  • Operate our commercial embroidery machine on-site to fulfill apparel and uniform orders (training provided)
  • Support the Bloom Bar product line — packaging, photography, and event prep during the holiday season
  • Assist with candle line production, labeling, and fulfillment on warehouse days
  • Bring ideas to the table — what’s trending, what’s working on TikTok, what we should try next

What we’re looking for

  • Comfortable creating short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram
  • Consistent and reliable — daily posting is a core part of this job, and we need someone who takes that seriously
  • Hands-on and comfortable in a warehouse environment — this isn’t a desk-only role
  • Organized and detail-oriented, especially when it comes to managing products and orders
  • A self-starter who doesn’t need to be managed moment-to-moment

Ecommerce experience is a plus but not required — we’re happy to train the right person. What matters most is your energy, your eye for content, and your reliability.

Schedule and compensation

  • $19-25/hour, part-time
  • 3 days per week on-site at our Los Angeles warehouse — flexible scheduling, we’ll work around you
  • Daily social media posting is expected regardless of whether it’s an on-site day
  • This role has room to grow as the brand grows

Job Description: PolarBearlighting.com is a holiday décor startup that is looking for someone to join our sales team.  Not only do we sell large scale Christmas decorations, but we are a major service-provider in California with contracts $20K-100K+. Not only is this an opportunity to make great money, but also room for great advancement.

Working side-by-side with ownership, you will be mentored by the best in the business!

Experience with social media marketing a big plus. The gift of gab also a plus. Must be extremely organized. The goal: build client relationships for life.
