We Handle Everything. You Handle Nothing.
Polar Bear Lighting designs, installs and maintains holiday decor for shopping centers, office towers, business districts and cities across Greater Los Angeles, Long Beach and Orange County. From 36-foot Christmas trees and lobby displays to streetscape tree-wrap lighting and selfie stations, we deliver a finished, photo-ready property.
One call covers the whole season. We design the look, lease or sell the decor, install it, maintain it through the holidays, remove it in January and store and refurbish it for next year. Property managers get one point of contact and no surprises.
We’re an LA-based team with nearly a decade in commercial holiday decor, trusted by mall operators, property management firms and municipal clients year after year. Request a quote and we’ll walk your property with you.
